The 21st century offers new challenges: the world is becoming more fluid, multicultural, and intertwined. An effective cross-cultural worker communicates effectively in other cultures and languages; manages and analyzes the complexities of a changing context in order to relevantly present the gospel; and openly partners with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
